1. Doors and windows: press the door and window covers with your hands, there should be no hollow feeling; the right-angle joints should be tight, and the surface should be smooth. When unlocked, doors and windows should not be closed or opened automatically. There should be no nail holes, bubbles or obvious color difference on the door and window cover and the door surface. When checking the airtightness of the windows, use a water pipe to spray the outer wall for 10 minutes or more to see if water stains appear on the windowsill.

2. Wall: Look around the wall or touch it with your hands to see whether the wall is flat and clean. If the paint is not painted in the same direction, there will be looming traces, which will affect the appearance; cracks on the wall indicate that the paint is sloppy. The relevant position shall be reserved with air-conditioning pipe holes.

3. Floor: Check whether the floor is up and down, and listen to whether the floor is hollow. The floor should not have obvious gaps and unevenness, and the combination of the floor and the skirting board should be tight. Pay more attention to the position of the corners of the floor and the doorway. During the home inspection, you can walk slowly in each room and listen carefully for creaking noises.

4. Toilet: Put half a tub of water in the bathtub overnight. The next day you can find out whether the bathtub is leaking and the water is flowing smoothly. It's good to discuss with the owner upstairs and use the same method to check whether the ceiling will leak. The toilet and washbasin should be polished and clean to avoid cracks or scratches. When checking the flushing condition of the toilet, it is a good practice to carry out the drainage test many times. In addition, the toilet and the ground should be fixed with expansion bolts and sealed with silicone glue (no cement should be used).

5. Kitchen: Check whether the kitchen utensils are cracked, scratched, or enamel falling off, whether the kitchen cabinet doors can be opened and closed freely, and whether the screws have fallen off. Repeatedly fill and drain water in the vegetable washing sink to see if the water pipe is blocked by foreign matter.

6. Circuit: Pay attention to whether the switch in the unit is changed; whether the circuit capacity is sufficient to load electrical equipment; whether the location of the power supply panel on the wall is reasonable; whether the kitchen and bathroom power supply is safe; whether the telephone line and TV antenna signals are clear.

If conditions permit, you should also use a multimeter to check whether the socket has electricity. Once quality problems are found during acceptance or the decoration does not conform to the contract, the buyer should immediately point out to the developer that the developer is obliged to repair.
